Lost In Space 10 17

I got the idea for this style from Don Lawrence's Trigan Empire. I didn't have the time to polish the work to his level, so I tried to preserve the freshness in the sketching, apply thin coats of gouache and white opaque hilights. Assistants had to be roped in to apply some of the base colours, and these had to be applied carefully not to ruin the art.
